Exports to China Increase by 25.2% in January

The Chinese market is providing strong momentum for trade activities in early 2025, with export turnover reaching $4.6 billion in January, a 25.2% increase year-over-year. International transportation services to this market show impressive growth, while exports to traditional markets such as the EU, ASEAN, Japan, and South Korea are declining. 

Maritime shipping activities between the two countries reached a new record as total trade turnover exceeded $205 billion in 2024.
